- Return Policy
1. Eligibility:
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are received damaged or with a manufacturing defect. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly accept its return.
2. Packaging and Tags:
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags intact. We kindly request that you handle the items with care and return them in the same condition as they were received.
3. Exclusions:
Used or washed items are not eligible for return. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or washed.
4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued on the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We appreciate your patience during this time.
5. Return Pickup:
After receiving your return request, we will assign a trusted courier partner to pick up the item from your address. We understand the importance of convenience, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for you.
6. Order Amendments:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or amended. We kindly request that you review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that all details are correct.
